I picked the England poster with he father and his kids where the daughter is asking her father "What did you do in the great war?". This is a form of Populist Appeal because it is trying to get citizens to hop on the band wagon and be like everyone else. The poster is trying to grab peoples attention by portraying a message that says"you want a story to have to tell your kids" "don't e the only one not enlisting" and so on.

I am choosing the England poster that had a guy pointing to land and saying ''Your country's call isn't it worth fighting for? Enlist now.'' This poster is portraying populist appeal because its basically saying you don't want to be that one guy who isn't in the war and didn't protect his home

I picked the English poster of John Bole saying "Who's Absent? Is it you?" This Propaganda Poster is a form of Populist Appeal because it's trying to make people guilty if they don't join to help in the war.

I choose "Daddy, what did YOU do in the great war?" This poster is portraying that you don't want to be the guy who didn't do anything and doesn't have a story to tell. It would be embarrassing if your kids asked that and for your response to be "I didn't do anything." Parents what their kids to look up to them. It's purpose is to get you involved in the war and to make your family proud.

I am choosing the Italian poster, which is portraying symbolism because it’s using the picture to show that the Germans were greedy and wanted to take over the world.

I chose the Us poster that says " For every fighter a woman Worker". For this poster I think it is Hyperbole propaganda. I say this because the woman are trying to make a point and are saying they can do what men can do.

I chose the French poster of Germany being a large fat lady who wants to eat all the land. I think this is trying to make the french citizens see Germany as a fat pig who wants to take everything for themselves. If the Citizens think of Germany that way then it would make them a lot more encouraged to stop Germany from being this greedy pig..

I chose "who's absent? Is it you?" It shows Populist Appeal because it is showing that you are one of the only ones who haven't helped in the war and you should help so you aren't left out.

I chose the poster that says "who's absent? is it you?" This poster is using bandwagon propaganda. It is trying to get people to fight for their country by say that no one wants to be the person who didn't do anything to fight for your home and work to help in the war.

I chose the first Austrian poster, the one with the boy with a prosthetic arm. This poster is Hyperbole, because it is using the physical features of the boy to try to get people to purchase war welfare bonds. It is using the guilt and pity that some people might feel towards the boy because of his missing arm to get them to boy those war bonds.

I chose the Austrian propaganda, the one where an arm is being grabbed. The elements that it used is symbolism. Its symbolism because it shows how Austria was betrayed by the Italians and they join the English, Russians, and the French and attack the Austrians. Austria needs people to join their army.

I chose the English's "Daddy what did YOU do in the great war?" poster. I believe that this was bandwagon propaganda because it is trying to get you to join the war like "the rest" of society. They are trying to tell you that you can brag about all you did in the GREAT war, or you can admit that you did nothing and were useless.
