Something that interested me was US troops had better materials than the Germans. After researching this further online, I concluded that US soldier wore brown breeches and a large service coat. Additionally, metal helmets were worn. This would have been greater than the clothing the Germans wore. The American troops' clothing was more comfortable than the Germans because the Germans had stiff clothing. This could have affected both the mental and physical minds of the Germans because of the difference in clothing choice between the two nations.

On the last slide, the words "state" should be capitalized. It is part of the proper noun, "Washington State".

Something that interested me was that Boeing Field was dedicated in Seattle on July 26, 1928. Since my dad is a Boeing engineer in Everett, I was intrigued by the distance of the two giant factories. I researched and concluded that both supplied planes for the US government in WWII.

Something that interested me was how the stock market went up by a lot in value after World War 1, but soon after in 1929 the stock market crashed. It was interesting the quick change from a big rise to a sudden drop.

Something that interests me was the 19th amendment. It was one of the first acts in order to make men and women more equal. It interests me because after that more and more things became more equal like wages, and being able to vote helped women get more political rights in being able to vote.

When it says Washington state, state should be capitalized.

I think the Alien Land Law was interesting because of two things, the first part of this that interested me was the name. I find it weird that the United States Goverment called it the Alien Land Law, they are basically calling none white people aliens. The second part of the Alien Land Law is that having all these immigrants coming in, people that can pay for their land or non-white people that have payed for their land now must give up their land for basically nothing.

One thing that interests me the most in the 1920's is the Great Depression. I know we will learn that in the next week, but I want to know how the stock market crashed. It was thriving for a while and then it suddenly crashed. It doesn't make too much sense to me.

Something cool about the 1920s was the inventions of a smaller more accessible radio! Now we just turn on the tv and watch the news, but back then they crowded around radios to hear the news. Radios provided a fast and cheap way to get the news. They no longer relied on printing presses to get the news out. After radios gained more popularity, companies started advertising new items. Overall the radios was and still is awesome.

I was interested in the slide about Spanish Influenza. I was very surprised to see that 500 million people were infected in about three years time. 50 million people died because of the black plague, and even though the world was more advanced in the 1900's, 50 million people still died. That goes to show how much global troop movement there was and how vulnerable people were right at the end of World War One.

On the slide "1920's in Washington," the first bullet says Washington state, state should be capitalized.

Something that interested me, was the 19th amendment. It changed some life styles for all the women fighting for gender equallity. Even today things aren't 100% equal, but it made a different in the '20s, even to point where a women was voted mayor.

Something I thought was interesting was the 19th amendment because it was one of the first times that women worked together for their own rights. They did things like protests and strikes.

Here is my redo: After WWI the economy crashed because of the war and the materials used to make weapons, planes, artillery, and more. Which is why the economy went down. But several years later Items such as cars were created.

I was interested in the fact that isolation of non-whites started so long ago and that today people have many problems with it but I am guessing it was not as bad back then. I also thought though wouldn't be a good thing to have more people buying land no matter what they look like. You did not capitalize the S in Washington State.

Something that interested me from the 1920s would be the 19th amendment because it was a way to make both genders equal to each other and give women a chance to vote and have a say in what goes on in their country. By passing this amendment women were finally able to receive the recognition they deserved and were able to take a stand for themselves and that is why the 19th amendment interests me.

One thing that interested me in this side show was the rise of jazz. I knew it came roughly from around this time, but having it on the slide show helped me learn more about it. Another thing I found interesting was the Boeing picture. Even though Jameson already talked about this a little, I just thought it was pretty cool, because seeing how small it was to how big it is now is amazing. Lastly, on the last slide, you forgot to capitalize State in Washington State since it is part of a proper noun, and proper nouns always need to be capitalized.

Something that I found interesting was the 19th amendment. This amendment explained that women could also have a right to vote. Though this did help further equalities between men and women, what I found interesting was the fact that women continued being discriminated against even though this amendment was passed. Also, the mistake made was that the S in Washington State should be capitalized as it is a proper noun.
